Photos, credits, and purchases

Describe what you were trying to do and what happened. For a purchase question, include your order identifier so we can locate the payment. For a failed shoot or missing photo, include its identifier if available. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, session cookies, or sensitive photos in your first message.

Privacy and account requests

You can remove reference photos in Studio and delete your account from Account after active shoots finish. Download any photos you want to keep first. Email support if you need help exercising your privacy rights or cannot access your account. Our Privacy Policy explains photo processing, deletion, and the records we retain. API questions and corrections

Start with the AI Photos of You Studio API documentationfor authentication and endpoint details. For an API issue, include the endpoint, status code, and a description with personal information removed. To suggest a correction to a public guide, include its page URL and explain which information needs updating.
